Who we are

FamilyEase is a trading name of Al Aseel Business Solutions (trade licence 000000), a private visa services provider in the United Arab Emirates. We are not a government entity.

Our service

We check your eligibility, prepare your documents and submit applications to the UAE authorities (GDRFA, ICP and others) on your behalf, then follow them up. Every decision on an application is made by the authorities. We cannot guarantee approval or a processing time.

Fees

Government fees are set by the authorities and can change without notice. The calculator gives an estimate; we confirm the final amount in writing before you pay. Our service fee is shown separately. Government fees already paid to the authorities are generally not refundable, including when an application is rejected. Our service fee is refundable only if we have not started work on your file.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information and documents you give us are true, complete and yours to share. Applications based on false information can be rejected and may lead to penalties from the authorities.

Privacy

We collect what you give us (your name, phone number, email, the details of your family and their documents) and basic technical data (IP address, browser, the page you came from). We use it only to answer your enquiry, process your application and keep the records the law requires.

We share your data only with the authorities and service centres your application needs (for example GDRFA, ICP, medical centres and translation offices). We do not sell it.

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months and application files for as long as UAE law requires. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at info@familyease.ae.
