If you work in the UAE on an employment visa, you can sponsor your spouse and children — and in some cases your parents. We check your eligibility for free, prepare every document and file with GDRFA / ICP for you.
No. You send your documents on WhatsApp or email and we do the rest. Your family only goes out for the medical test (18 and over) and the Emirates ID fingerprints, and we book both for you.
Can I apply while my family is still outside the UAE?
Yes. We get the entry permit first; your family flies in on it, then we complete the medical, Emirates ID and residence. Applying from outside also skips the change-of-status fee.
How long does a family visa take?
Once your documents are complete and attested, most family visas are done within one to two weeks, including medical and Emirates ID. Attestation of certificates from abroad can take longer, so start that first.
Until what age can my son and daughter stay on my visa?
Sons can be sponsored until they turn 25. Unmarried daughters can stay on your sponsorship with no age limit. Children with a disability can be sponsored at any age.
Does my marriage or birth certificate need attestation?
Yes, if it was issued outside the UAE. It needs the stamps of your home country and the UAE embassy there, then the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We can arrange all of it.
Can my wife or husband work on a family visa?
Yes. A spouse on a family visa can work once their employer gets them a work permit; they do not need to change their visa.
Is there a sticker in the passport?
No. UAE residence is digital and linked to the Emirates ID. You receive the e-visa and the Emirates ID card — nothing is stamped in the passport.
What if the application is rejected?
That is why we check eligibility before filing. The decision is always the authorities', and some government fees are not refundable — we tell you the risk upfront if your case is unusual.
